Senior User Researcher

Senior User Research - Contract - £600 a day - Inside IR35.

My client are looking for an experienced Senior user researcher to join the UX team. You'll be helping them understand the needs and behaviours of the people who use their products. 

They are looking for someone who can balance critical thinking with empathy, and who’s comfortable managing research projects independently if required.

What you will be doing:

• The User Researcher will interrogate and document the Client Platform that uses using Machine learning and Data Science, translating this into a format that is searchable, accessible and actionable.
• The User Researcher will implement frameworks for sharing findings on a regular basis in an engaging way to improve knowledge across the platform.
• The User Researcher will improve the quality and value of user insights for future research through improving processes, documenting existing and future findings appropriately and sharing with designers and product teams.

The Start Date is ASAP, please note this contract is inside IR35.
