Senior User Researcher

A User Researcher is required to work on ground breaking projects with real social impact.  Working within an organisation that has one of the best UX eco-systems and cultures, the Senior User Researcher will take the lead on complex projects where the user is put at the heart of decision making.

The projects are long-term and high budget, they are large-scale enterprise projects, that will offer meaningful solutions that drive social impact in people’s lives. The roles can vary depending on the experience of the individual and will allow the successful Senior User Researcher to develop their skill set, whilst working on hugely complex products and projects.

The Senior User Researcher will be responsible for planning, designing, and conducting user research and be able to focus their design and development on user needs. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of research methods including qual and quant and using artifacts to share and communicate insights such as user flows, journey maps, blueprints, user profiles, and test results.

The User Researcher will have experience working in an agile environment, good experience with stakeholder management, and working alongside designers on a day-to-day basis.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000

This role can offer a fully remote position, although, our client is looking for someone who will be flexible to travel to the office when needed on ad hoc occasions.
