Senior User Researcher

As a Senior User Researcher, you will get the opportunity to work closely with AI and Machine Learning topics with an established Product team and work directly on forward-thinking projects that could completely disrupt their industry.

This role of Senior User Researcher will be given full autonomy so you will need to be confident to partner with high-level managers and bring your own vision on how to best bring value to their clients

You will need to be skilled in Qualitative Research, partnering with research colleagues, and the broader team to design, develop and implement the user research function across discovery, concept validation, and prototype – working with the wider Insights team to define roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.

As a Senior User Researcher, you will support and manage strategic research, translating research into actionable insights to deliver deep-dive analysis for new opportunities, trends, and propositions.

Experience that would be incredibly favorable would-be previous experience working with or having an understanding of AI and Machine Learning landscapes, ideally in the B2B space.

Working set up – Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office per quarter

Office Location – Nuremberg, Germany

Salary – €60k – €75k + 10% bonus
