A Senior User Experience Researcher is needed to join an ever-growing team for a multi-award-winning healthcare company utilising AI and Machine Learning.

 With this role, the User Researcher will have full autonomy to run their own research and support the team around them at the same time. Some of the main tasks will be solving key research problems, helping to define the future of the health care industry with our client’s products to help save lives, and expanding the reach of the brand.

To be the successful Senior UX Researcher you will have the following skills:

  • The User Researcher must be familiar with qualitative and quantitative research methods including A/B testing.
  • It would also be good for you to have a wide and in-depth knowledge of psychological principles and methods that you can apply with absolute confidence.
  • As the Senior User Researcher, you should be able to analyse and integrate analytics, research and other means of data for apps.

It would be great if you also have:

  • A degree relating to UX research i.e. Human/Computer interaction, Psychology, or Anthropology / relevant work experience
  • The ability to communicate research effectively, regardless of audience.

The client is looking to hold interviews as soon as possible because of the rapidly expanding client base and products.
