A client of mine within the Healthcare industry is looking to onboard a User Experience Researcher for an initial 3-month contract. You will be sat within a team of UX Researchers and UX Designers whose focus is putting Users and Customers at the heart of Product Development.
They are looking for a User Researcher to join the team on a 3-month contract basis to work on 2 key pieces of work. The first being to understand the needs of users of the client to inform a homepage redesign. The role-holder will have experience in designing and carrying out qualitative and quantitative collection methods, be data-literate in regards to asking the right questions and analyse reports, and subsequently interpret the research findings to create hypotheses, build prototypes and test with users.
The second piece of work would require the role-holder to design and construct a diary study that will provide an 'as seamlessly as possible' feedback method for doctors' day-to-day activities while at work.
