A User Researcher is needed to join a fast-growing B2B2C FinTech company in Central London who put research at the forefront of what they do, specifically their UX team. With this role the UX Researcher will be join a brilliant team analysing and communicating how consumers interact with the client’s products.

The User Researcher will:

  • Assist with the planning, design and implementation of User Experience Research projects
  • Use a variety of different qualitative and quantitative methods to collect data
  • Help to expand the UX research team and methodologies
  • Report results and communicate findings from your research
  • Work with other teams to implement research findings and product findings

To be the successful UX Researcher you will have:

  • Previous UX Research experience ideally in a B2B or SaaS Business
  • A passion for UX and delivering a great product
  • Ideally a degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology or a similar field of study
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience using both qualitative and quantitative methods including AB testing, usability testing etc.

 

The client is looking to hold interviews as soon as possible because of the rapidly expanding client base and products.
