User Researchers based in London!

 

I’ve just met and began working with one of the best SaaS consultancies for marketing insights and research in London – huge claim I know, prove me wrong and interview for one of their Mid Weight User Research roles to find out yourself. 

I’m betting you join on, and you’ll begin to see your Research career start to fly.

Their Research function is over 50 strong, and are looking to add at least another 50% in head count next year due to their brand and SaaS platform really starting to take off.

You’ll be conducting research on innovative products and services which shall be used by millions of people across Europe, the end goal will shape the world we live in for years to come... Not many people will get the opportunity to do this!

 

Location: London

Salary: £45,000-£60,000

 

As the User Researcher you will be doing the following:

  • The design and implementation of User Research methodologies and strategies
  • Cooperate with other UX Researchers, Product Owners and other stakeholders
  • Use a wide range of UX Research methods such as; Interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and remote testing
  • Carrying out usability testing for their clients
  • Present UX Research findings in a variety of ways such as reports, face to face and statistical analysis

 

As the successful UX Researcher you will have:

  • Have previous and relevant User Research experience
  • Be passionate for User Research and delivering a great product
  • Ideally have a degree in HCI, Anthropology, Psychology or in a similar area
  • Have strong communication, organisation and analytical skills
  • Be experienced using both qualitative and quantitative research methods e.g. A/B Testing, Usability Testing, and Interviews
