The roles can vary depending on the experience of the individual and will allow the successful User Researcher to develop their skill set, whilst working on hugely complex products and projects.

The right User Researcher will be responsible for planning, designing, and conducting user research and be able to focus their design and development on user needs. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of research methods and using artefacts to share and communicate insights such as user flows, journey maps, blueprints, user profiles, and test results.

The User Researcher will have experience working in an agile environment, good experience with stakeholder management and working alongside designers on a day-to-day basis.

Knowledge and understanding of qualitative and quantitative research and the ability to talk to the user and fully understand their needs, as well as usability testing.

This role can offer a fully remote position, although, our client is looking for someone who will be flexible to travel to the office when needed on ad hoc occasions.
