A unique fintech company are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join their Central London office. The market leading organisation having created several innovative products that have never been created before. They are disrupting competition by using analytics, software and UX to provide consumers with a financial alternative.

The UX Researcher will join a collaborative and driven team to understand customer behaviour and incorporate their findings into improving the overall UX of the organisation. This is a research focused role, where you will be expected to organise and run regular research sessions. The successful UX Researcher will devise excellent write ups and own the research process on a frequent basis. You will also have the opportunity to travel to my clients India office and work with the dedicated UX team there.

The successful UX Researcher should be experienced with running regular research sessions and should be demonstrate their ability to take the lead. You will have at least 4-5 years experience in UX research and will have used a range of methods including, card sorting, workshops, focus groups, etc. The UX Researcher will demonstrate an extremely strong ability to outline their process of each piece of research.
