A UX Researcher is needed to join one of most prevalent brands in the digital space, revolutionising the User Experience delivery for one of the largest technology brands known on a global scale and used by millions of people daily through their products, ecommerce sites and native mobile platform. The successful UX Researcher will be placed in an innovative, rapidly growing design function within an already strong UX team.

You will be looking at creating mobile research labs and gaining usable insights across Europe to establish how they need to adapt their products / services to match the consumer’s needs!


As the UX Researcher you will be doing:

  • Qualitative Research
  • User Research
  • Human-Centred Design
  • Ethnographic research

The UX Researcher will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (HCI, Design, Psychology, Social Science or a related field) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Broad understanding of user cantered design principles.
  • Breadth of research skills (qual, quant, generative, evaluative).
  • UX Design principles isn’t by all means necessary as you’ll be taught this thoroughly by a brilliant Head of UX, however it would be highly advantageous.

Location: Central London

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
