A User Researcher is in demand for a well-known, global eCommerce company whose food handling app brings a seamless shopping experience. The successful UX Researcher will be helping to implement a strong research process and assist and define the current User Experience function. In this highly influential Research project, you will be joining a dynamic and driven team looking to build growth whilst taking the business forward.

As a UX Researcher, working collaboratively within the team is critical in order to improve the current iOS and Android systems and create a design that will be beneficial to customer needs whilst maintaining a business acumen.

The successful Senior User Researcher is a key requirement so the ability to start asap is beneficial. However, it is stressed that the business are willing to wait for the right candidate so please apply if you feel this suits your skill-set.

 

The ideal User Researcher:

  • Create a firm understanding of current user platform
  • Proficient with iOS and Android
  • Work collaboratively with Product, Design and Lead teams
  • Creation of a design with business goals and requirements
  • Be heavily involved in the user experience of the app creation – wireframes, user journeys, workshops
