A Service Designer, with a motivation to excel in a fast paced, technology and innovation driven environment, is in great demand by and IT services client, changing the world as we now know it!

With the opportunity for the Service Designer to be working on brand new projects, it’s essential that you will be able to translate your design thinking and research proposals, to communicate your rationale clearly, concisely and take full governance of the research within the teams.

If you are a service designer with a technological background, used to turning your ideas into actionable processes, this may be a perfect opportunity to apply and hone your craft.

Service Designer key skills and responsibilities:

  • Tech start-up experience would be amazing – not absolutely essential
  • Highly competent with the Service Design toolkit and methodological approach– everyday use
  • A proven track record and grasp of solid business acumen and operations
  • Excellent ownership skills on projects
  • R & D project experience owning the research from its origins
