UX Project Manager

UX Project Manager - London (Remote/may need to attend office occasionally) - £45,000 - £60,000

The UK's most successful team within one of the globe's leading Market Research companies is looking for a Project Manager to become a hero and lead a full scale project, with the opportunity to own it and shape it to their liking.

What you will be doing:

• Working with the most successful organisations on the planet forming the way customers liaise with them present and future.
• Being the forefront of leading the process and delivery for their UX projects, this is a hands-on role with scope to mentor and manage a growing and ambitious team.
• You will help to shape their UX research strategy, methodologies, and processes.
• Use your expertise in UX to identify growth opportunities with clients and join new business prospects.
• You will be part of a growing team of UX researchers, reporting into their Head of UX in the United Kingdom branch

What you will need to have:

• Expert knowledge of the User-Centered Design process and methodologies.
• Managed Digital projects
• Great judgment in handling conflict management without assistance.
• Acts as strategic and consultative leader to clients and colleagues; build trust and understanding with clients.
• Highly capable of effective prioritisation of tasks and personal time management.
• Experience in pitching, proposal writing and budget management.

'Nice to have' experience:

• Experience of working in a full service digital agency environment.
• Active participant in UX communities (e.g., online groups, conferences etc.).
