Lead UX Designer

Are you looking for a role as a Lead UX Designer working for our client who is a European leader within their industry?

The Lead UX Designer will be a confident problem solver as well as be able to manage stakeholders and promote human-centered design. They will understand the full customer journey and support other areas of the business in the early stages of the product life cycle. Conduct research to deliver successful solutions, as well as execute the design process directly or by supporting your team. Wireframe out flows and concepts to present back to stakeholders and the wider business.

This will be a great opportunity for a Lead UX Designer to make a huge impact within the company, to shape and define the design for a true industry leader!

As the Lead UX Designer, you will have experience in managing a wider design team, with the ability to easily communicate design decisions and present an exceptional portfolio

The client is currently working on remote-first working and is looking for a Lead UX Designer to come into one of their main offices a couple of times a month.
