Senior UX Designer

Forming agile task-forces of experts who are driven by the outcome, as well as working internationally for leading businesses, which will give you the opportunity to travel with this role!

You will have the opportunity to work on projects that will expand and disrupt certain areas of their market, our client is already incredibly well known but they are looking for the Senior UX Designer who can use their design to ensure that their UX and UI are in line with the rest of their business and ensure that it truly embodies their success.

Your day-to-day will involve owning the UX & design problems of their client’s end to end. As well as working with internal teams to assess client user experiences and identify opportunities for improvement of the customer experience.

This will be a great opportunity to make a huge impact within their company, they have great retention within their business, so this role also has a lot of room for progression.

This is a flexible remote role with very occasional travel to their offices in London on an ad hoc basis.

As the Senior UX Designer in this team, you will be good at:

• An avid problem solver with customer experience at the front of everything you do!
• Skilled in UI, UX, CX to design and improve web, mobile and app
• Ideally have worked with e-commerce, retail, or digital services
• Someone who is a great communicator and able to work effectively with product management, engineering, and marketing
• Be comfortable in proactively using data to establish key metrics for projects and to advise future testing
• Have a strong design process and portfolio to back that up
