Senior UX/UI Designer

Consortia have partnered with a B2B tech start-up in the heart of Berlin who has recently secured funding in their Series A round and are now subsequently looking to grow out their design team with an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer!

As the Senior UX/UI Designer, you will take full autonomy of designing their flagship web and mobile apps suite, working closely with the brilliant engineering team to ensure a smooth handover of prototypes ready for development. With the start-up nature of the organisation, you will have the capacity to inject your creativity and design flare into the products.

If you are looking to progress your career as a Senior UX/UI Designer and be the ‘go-to’ designer within an organisation and have a huge amount of autonomy in the workspace, this is a perfect stepping stone to work on meaningful projects, making a difference.

What we are looking for?

• Experience in designing mobile and tablet devices
• Fluent in German
• B2B Software experience
• Previous experience working on greenfield projects – owning the end-to-end process
• An advocate of thorough user research
• Comfortable using the latest design tools - InVision, Figma etc
• Excited and ready to tackle complex user solutions and defending UX!
