UX Designer

We have been given the opportunity to work for a market leader and well-backed progressive company in finding a Senior UX Designer to work on the company's digital platforms across desktop, mobile, API, and more, you will be an integral part in ensuring that your team is the forefront of research and design. This company are leaders in their field and have offices globally, providing intelligence and forecast data to analysts, sellers, and buyers.

The Senior UX Designer will lead the design team and play a fundamental part in gathering insights about the user behaviors of customers to drive and guide design. The role is a fully remote role, with the intention of moving to a hybrid working model. You’ll be working with a team of incredible designers giving you the chance to both learn and contribute to their UX community.

As the Senior UX Designer in this team, you will be leading the ongoing design of our client's industry-leading platforms. You have previous experience and will be exceptional in leading teams throughout the whole end-to-end process. Being able to adapt your process is also key, as your ways of working may differ dependant on the project.

Here are some key requirements for the Senior UX Designer:

• Have a profound understanding of design values and trends
• Have a love for solving complex problems
• Be passionate about improving User Experience
• Someone who is a great communicator and able to work effectively with product management, engineering, and marketing
• Have a proven track record in exceeding in running usability sessions with the end result providing UX solutions that add value
• Be confident in explaining the ‘why’
• Be comfortable in proactively using data to establish key metrics for projects and to advise future testing
• Have a strong design process and portfolio to back that up
