Head of Product Design

Are you looking for a role as a Head of Product Design working for our client who are award winning and are market leaders?

You will be responsible for the overall management of UX & UI Design teams, prioritising workflows, and managing tribe relationships. As the Head of Product Design, you will ensure work is delivered in line with project plans and high standards. Also, foster a culture of holistic working and collaboration across different teams and be responsible for design team personal development. You will also drive customer empathy throughout the design process and within the wider design teams and products. Partnering closely with Heads of departments to shape the design teams and develop team and business goals.

This will be a great opportunity to make a huge impact within their company, and for a design leader who is motivated in creating outstanding customer experiences for their customers.

As the Head of Product Design, it is key you have experience managing a design team and that you are confident dealing with stakeholders across the wider business, as well as being someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy reprioritising.

If you have previous experience within tech or financial services, that is desirable but not essential.

The client is currently working on a hybrid working model, and our client is looking for the Head of Product Design to come into their London offices 2 days a week.

Salary – circa £130K + 10% bonus
