Lead Product Designer

You would take ownership of product innovation and strategy whilst mentoring and building a cross-functional design team.

Your Role:

• Take ownership of the full product design lifecycle with detailed designs, usability testing, and final implementation

• Establish design standards for marketing, B2B SaaS product, and website

• Influence long-term product vision and user value

• Collaborate with product managers and developers

• Demonstrate insightful understanding of your users to support and understand their needs

Experience that would be incredibly favorable would-be previous experience working in a VC-backed start-up, FinTech, and Financial Product Experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS space.

Job title – Lead Product Designer

Working set up – Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office per week

Office Location – Berlin, Germany

Salary – €80k – €100k + 1% ESOP
