VP of Product Design

Consortia have partnered with one of Berlin’s biggest start-up success stories and are looking for a VP of Product Design to join their established leadership team.

Since their inception they have gone from strength to strength and they are now looking to move into international markets and look to double headcount this year.

We are looking for a proven Product Designer leader who has the battle scars of creating cutting edge products and building amazing cross functional design teams.  

This will be a key role where you will be manage a team of up to 20 people across User experience, Visual design, Content design and User Research. You will have the chance to grow the team this year as well as rolling out the design roadmap for this year

What we are looking for in a VP of Design?

• At least 10 years’ experience within product design, working across both web and mobile products
• 5+ years of management, experience, working with senior stakeholders or founders
• Proven track record of building high performing design teams
• People are bought into you. You are a leader who can deliver and maintain employees on a long term vision
• Experience in building and defining a product design roadmap for a business
