Looking for: Lead Product Designer / Product Design Manager

You’ll be working as a Lead Product Designer for a world class Insurance firm with a difference.

You’re joining the UX / UI Design team at an exciting part of the journey – building a product that’s completely new to the market in which they operate, something that will improve quality of life whilst making it easy to invest and continuously improve the current process.

You’ll be playing a Lead Product Designer role for the end-to-end product lifecycle, championing User Centred Design and collaboration among your team. As a UX / UI Leader, you will define, shape and deliver live design solutions for the end consumer to help keep this company at pole position in the industry.

This is the perfect role for a Lead Product Designer who:

  • Loves to put the user at the centre of their design process, whilst coaching the team of designers you will be working with.
  • You'll have a portfolio of end to end projects. 
  • Lives to overcome challenges in an innovative way, with a critical thought process.
  • Has an advanced arsenal of design tools, methods and techniques for user journeys, visualising problems as well as testing solutions.
  • You're able to create beautiful designs using Adobe, Balsamiq, Zeplin or Figma etc..
  • You’re using Axure / Sketch etc to Wireframe, prototype, build user journeys, roadmaps and other things.
