VP of UI/UX Design

Are you a passionate Design leader looking for your next move? An award-winning online trading broker are looking for a Vice President of UI/UX Designer to join their rapidly growing business and help define and drive the future of their design.

The successful VP of UI/UX Designer will be a thoughtful, strategic leader who is a real team player and happy being hands-on with their team as well as forming the roadmap and strategy for the overall vision. The Vice President of UI/UX Design will be data-driven as well and have a strong intuition informed by user needs! You will also help grow your team and guide them through their career.

This is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally and be hands on in all parts of the business and leverage your passion for design.

The VP of UI/UX Design will be responsible for:

• Leading the current design team and developing their careers
• Being in charge of all product experiences, including web and mobile apps for a global audience
• Working closely with development teams to influence the vision!
• Communicate with senior leadership, to drive UX design thinking throughout the business

The VP of UI/UX Design will ideally have experience with a digital financial background, such as digital banking, or fintech. As well as a track record working with complex products. You will be a strategy-driven leader, who is happy still being hands-on and helping out where needed!

Ideally, this person will relocate to Malaysia, to be with the design team.

Salary – up to £90K + bonus + other amazing benefits!
