Describe an average day at Consortia

There is no average day at Consortia. Every day is a new challenge, with new people to meet and exciting professionals to speak to. However, there is some structure to the madness, starting with a stand up team meeting in the morning to run through daily targets and how best to achieve them. We then get to business working the 360 processes of specialist recruitment.

The challenge and the buzz in the office with everyone collaborating to hit their goals.

What is the most interesting part of your job?

Being able to delve deeper into the fascinating market user experience (UX) and getting the chance to speak to industry experts day-in-day-out.

What are the challenges of your job?

Finding the ideal candidates in such a candidate short market in such a short space of time.

How does this role differ from ones you’ve had in the past?

I had never done recruitment before, but it’s definitely an industry I want to master, especially due to the amount of money that’s up for the taking.

What is your proudest achievement so far?

Getting candidates accepted and into the interview process in my first week in the job.
