The Client

allmyhomes is a team of real estate and technology experts in Berlin. It is a holistic marketing service for new building projects and pitched as a "one-stop-shop" for the entire marketing piece.

Their holistic concept combines branding, content creation, lead generation and sales links to a software platform, enabling a quick and efficient service to match up developers with the right buyers.

allmyhomes positions the brand using state-of-the-art technology solutions (3D / VR), Connecting the best distribution partners for your project to the software platform.

The Challenge

The role of Designer is one that allmyhomes had difficulty recruiting for previously - they had it advertised over the summer months, and decided to close the role due to the lack of appropriate applicants from advertisements and agencies.

We were the only recruitment agency trusted with the role when it was re-opened in late November.

The salary was around market rate, however, the requirement for fluent German and English speaker made the search for the correct skill-match a challenging one.

The design market is a candidate-short market, particularly for exceptional multi-lingual designers.

The Result

We submitted five candidates over three days (initial three then two more after CV feedback), all five taken to first interview, four taken to second stage, two taken to final and one offer.

The offer was accepted and our candidate was in situ within six weeks' of first contact.

The total time of the recruitment process was three working weeks.
