The Client
Capita is one of the UK’s leading organisations for business process management and outsourcing solutions with offices throughout Europe, Asia and Africa. They are constituents of the FTSE 25O Index and operate in both the public and private sector.
The Challenge
Capita initially came to us for consultancy advice on the skills and experience needed to support a large programme they were planning. Conversations soon transpired into a requirement for us to source an entire team of contractors for their Reading office to help design and deliver a new platform. The brief required candidates with a multitude of skills and talent including UX, UI and copywriting. We knew that whoever we placed needed to work well together so personality was a huge factor for us on our hunt, ensuring that a well oiled work force was created to fix the issues they were having.
The Result
Within an extremely tight turn around we were able to supply an extensive list of over forty hand picked, specialist User Experience talent for the business. In total we identified and supplied twenty specialist UX and UI contractors enabling the business to further develop their project on time.
