FNZ is one of the world's largest wealth tech platforms. They partner with over 650 financial institutions and 8,000 wealth management firms, opening up the service worldwide and making it accessible to more people.
The Challenge
FNZ was scaling fast through acquisitions and needed to hire at pace in niche markets, without losing skill quality. At the same time, mixed working policies, tight hiring timelines, and new offices across Europe made hiring harder, with teams forming from scratch and no shared culture in place.
