The Client
Merlin Entertainments are an international, FTSE 100 company most commonly known for their ownership of beloved theme parks, Alton Towers and LEGOLAND, not to mention national institution, Madame Tussauds! The group has almost 26,000 employees working at attractions in counties all over the world attracting over 40 million guests each year.
The Challenge
Having worked with Merlin previously to hire three Business Intelligence / SQL Developers, the team at Merlin tasked us with sourcing an additional Contract Data Migration Developer to work on a project with their London team.
The Result
As this was a new project team we hadn’t worked with previously, we felt it important to take the time to meet with the client to gain a better understanding of their needs for the project. We were then able to consult our niche talent pool of BI specialists to be able to supply them with candidates who really matched their needs. The client was impressed with the standard of talent we provided them resulting in a further two contract placements to the team.
