The Client

The Challenge
The challenge we faced was to find a talented Product Manager with the ability to seamlessly slot into a project already underway. The client had been looking to fill for over two weeks before we even got started and had major concerns about being able to find someone who could slot straight into the existing team and adapt quickly.
The Result
Initially we were chosen as the preferred supplier for the client due to our proven experience in the Product Management field which enabled us to really get under the skin of the prospective candidates we put forward. Personal fit was equally as important as technical ability, therefore we were extremely thorough in getting to know what made the business tick and what sort of person would fit into the team well. Within a 48 hour turnaround our specialist Product recruiters helped the client set up two interviews and the sourced contractor began working just one week from the brief being taken.
