Product Design Expertise
Product designers have generally always worked closely with product and engineering. What’s changed is how embedded that role has become within teams.
In many companies Product designers are now expected to contribute beyond visuals, getting involved earlier in the process to shape ideas, challenge assumptions, and work through problems alongside product managers and engineers.
