We appreciate that good people know good people! And as a result of the high demand for high-caliber candidates ever-increasing, Consortia Personnel are offering a £250 One4all Gift Card for any candidate referred to us that gets placed into a permanent position.

​Referral Scheme T&C’s:

• This referral scheme will reward the introduction of a candidate to Consortia Personnel. Should this candidate be placed into a permanent role through Consortia Personnel, we will give you a £250 One4all Gift Card.
• To qualify for the referral Gift Card, you need to send us an email introducing us to your referral, including their name and contact details.
• Consortia Personnel will pay this referral scheme a month in arrears of the candidate’s start date and once the client invoice has been paid.
• The referral scheme excludes candidates who have made themselves known to Consortia Personnel seeking work within the past six months.
• The referred individual must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Consortia Personnel for this scheme prior to the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
• This incentive is open to both candidates and clients.
