As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners to enhance and manage various products within our client's suite, utilising a range of technologies. The role extends to working collaboratively with different business departments, including support, operations, sales, and more.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate creative workshops with key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Coordinate and lead activities across the product range, working closely with development, projects, and sales teams.
• Liaise with essential project stakeholders.

About The Candidate: 

• Proven experience in requirements gathering and business analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrable proficiency in SQL for data interrogation and manipulation.
• Strong general IT knowledge and experience at ease in a Windows server environment.
• Effective communicator, adept at eliciting ideas and conveying information clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
