Head of AI – Digital Content Platform

Salary Range: $180,000 to $230,000

Location: New York/Remote (EST Working Timezone Considered)

The Role:

• Lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.
• Design and implement the company’s data science and AI strategy to enhance content production and optimize user engagement.
• Develop cutting-edge features using deep learning, neural networks, and other advanced AI technologies.
• Use machine learning and predictive modeling to identify key trends and increase the platform's commercial success.
• Manage data pipelines, ensuring high performance and scalability as the platform grows.
• Work with multiple teams across the business to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into strategic decisions.
• Promote ethical AI practices to ensure responsible use of technology in digital media.

About You:

• A strong background in data science, AI, or machine learning, with experience in leading teams and delivering impactful AI-driven projects.
• Expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), with a track record of building robust AI models.
• Experience in the digital content or media industry is a plus but not required.
• Capable of developing AI strategies that align with broader business objectives and scaling both the technology and team as needed.
• Passionate about using AI to shape the future of digital content and enhance user experiences.
