What You'll Be Doing

• Defining and evolving the organisation’s software architecture, ensuring it meets business goals and regulatory demands.

• Leading a global team of engineers with a focus on mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams across product, fraud analysis, security, and support to ensure technical alignment.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years in software engineering, with proven leadership across globally distributed teams.

• Experience building or leading fraud detection or prevention systems.

• Strategic thinking and a history of delivering software that’s secure, scalable, and compliant.

• Comfortable with Agile and SAFe methodologies in large organisations.

• Ability to translate technical complexity into commercial value and executive-level insights.

• A strong belief in inclusive, transparent leadership, you’ll build not just systems, but teams and culture.
