Working from a modern central London office alongside high-calibre peers, you’ll contribute to an AI-assisted platform. You’ll take ownership from discovery to delivery, translating complex logic into clean, intuitive user journeys, and defining a scalable, Figma-led design system.

If you bring 4–6 years of experience (ideally B2B SaaS), strong systems thinking, and a track record of balancing usability with delight, you'll be a good fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end design for core product initiatives

• Translating complex product requirements into elegant, intuitive interfaces

• Defining scalable design patterns, tokens, and workflows in Figma

• Owning and evolving a cross-surface design system

• Collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership in a remote-friendly setup

• Bringing clarity, momentum, and a high bar for craft to everything you ship

What You’ll Bring

• 4–6 years’ experience in product design (SaaS or productivity tools ideal)

• Proven strength in systems thinking, interaction design, and visual polish

• Mastery of Figma including libraries, tokens, and versioning workflows

• Strong async communication and documentation skills

• A low-ego, high-output approach

• Bonus: Experience designing AI-driven products
