Product Designer – Shape the Future of Healthcare Technology

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of design system excellence and product experience, ensuring consistency and quality at scale.

• Contributing to and evolving a design system (built with Vue.js), ensuring it supports rapid, high-quality development
• Maintaining a robust Figma component library to enable efficient, high-fidelity design across teams
• Acting as the go-to expert on design best practices, including accessibility
• Writing clear, structured change proposals to improve design system components
• Visiting customers to observe real-world usage and continuously identify improvements (kaizen approach)
• Collaborating with Product Leads, Business Analysts, Engineers, and users to design new functionality
• Supporting regulated environments through contribution to clinical risk, security, and service management systems

What You’ll Bring

You’re a detail-oriented Product Designer who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving meaningful problems.

• 5+ years’ experience in Product or UX Design
• Proven experience working on technically complex products
• Strong understanding of design systems and their practical application
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to design work
• Experience with tools such as Figma, JIRA, Confluence, and Chromatic
• Confidence communicating design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A genuine motivation to create products that make a positive impact
