Senior Product Manager - B2B FinTech

Consortia have partnered with a finance management platform who are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a brand new team in Berlin

The company has been an established FinTech all over Europe for over 5 years and raised over €100m in their Series C round of funding.

The Senior Product Manager will be tasked in the new product discovery and market research of the German finance market and working with the product team to closely find and ship new features to improve the customer experience for new markets. This is a great opportunity for at experienced Product Manager to work on something new and shiny in Germany, whilst having the opportunity to work in a brand new team being built from scratch.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate?

• We are looking towards the more experienced end of the market. Ideally 5 years’ experience within product management
• The product discovery part of this role is vital. We aren’t looking for more delivery focused or BAU PM’s  
• Experience of working in a fast past scale up is vital. Teams around 10+
• Experience within a similar FinTech or B2B / SaaS company
• They work in the “Spotify tribe model”, so you must be happy to work in this way
• German language must be at least B1 level
