Senior Product Manager

About the Role: As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to revamp and enhance the English proficiency test. You will work closely with stakeholders from marketing and sales, oversee budget management, and guide the team through a transformative phase from a project-based to a product-based organization. Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team to overhaul the English proficiency test.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with a strong commercial mindset.
• Utilize your expertise in B2C platforms, UX, and data analytics to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders to align product strategies.
• Oversee budget responsibilities and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital product management, particularly in B2C platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a commercial mindset.
• Deep understanding of UX and data analytics.
• Experience in the formal education or ed-tech sector is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus.
