Senior Product Manager

A Senior Product Manager is required to drive AI Innovation in EdTech with Continuous Discovery & Empowered Product Teams.

This is a technical product role, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers, and requires expertise in the Marty Cagan approach to empowered teams and the Teresa Torres approach to continuous discovery and delivery.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As the Senior Product Manager, you will:

✔ Apply the Marty Cagan approach to empower cross-functional teams, working collaboratively with engineers, designers, and data scientists.
✔ Use the Teresa Torres approach to continuous discovery, setting up weekly customer interviews—even with hard-to-reach B2B users like teachers.
✔ Own all aspects of product management, from strategy and discovery to delivery and commercialisation.
✔ Engage deeply with customers (teachers, schools, and education leaders) to validate outcomes and enhance the user experience.
✔ Partner with key stakeholders across the business—including executives, sales, marketing, and finance—to drive product success.
