What You’ll Do

• Own project planning and execution of complex software development programmes using SAFe

• Define scope, deliverables, and delivery paths for global initiatives

• Act as Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist, facilitating all Agile ceremonies

• Drive sprint planning and remove cross-functional blockers across regions

• Allocate and prioritise resources across multiple product lines

• Track progress through OKRs, KPIs, engagement metrics, and quality measures

• Lead post-project reviews and embed lessons learned into future delivery cycles

• Support hiring, mentoring, and development of TPMs and engineering teams

• Lead stakeholder communications across technical and non-technical audiences

You’ll Need

• 10+ years’ experience as a TPM in a software engineering environment

• Strong experience with B2B software and enterprise Agile delivery at scale

• Deep understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and delivery methodologies

• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Rally, Confluence and Excel

• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master (preferred)

• Strong technical literacy—able to challenge and support decisions on architecture, scalability, and performance

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including reporting to executives

• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
